A study of theoretical issues relating to poverty

Poverty is a complex phenomenon. It has multi-dimensional approaches. The existing theories poverty i.e. space time specialty, Human Development Index (HDI), line, Black Economy, are to measure poverty. All the give their different methods and courses in country it concluded that no method provide actual poverty, as all have own limitations drawbacks.
